Coaching Packages and thought starters
The best thing to do is for us to have a chat. Your needs, challenges, timeline etc. It needs to be bespoke…… Some of my clients have quit or been made redundant. They normally want to go fast and get speed and momentum.
Some want to pivot or change over the course of a year….at their own speed.

Delivery can be in London or Surbiton. The norm these days is over video and I coach people in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the US, Asia etc.
So it’s……..a:
• Combination of face-to-face and phone/ video conferences to suit individual needs and location. These are focused on Video based coaching but I’m coming into London more and more and happy to meet up when in town
•What can you expect?
Coach and client partner together to set & smash goals/KPIs/OKRs and improve self-confidence, relationships, performance, communication skills, whilst unblocking blocks and dealing with imposter syndrome/the inner saboteur when it appears.
For organizations this gives the benefit of building loyalty, trust and strengthening work relationships with your key talent.
A great, proven return on investment across the business which can be particularly beneficial when applied at key times such as promotions, newly formed roles, embedding new staff, maternity planning/returning, assisting and supporting staff through periods of organizational change.
Whilst every journey is different, job change, dealing with redundancy, getting promoted, steeping up etc., typical elements of the coaching journey are:
- Understanding you core values, what makes you tick, also how they might align to a companies values.
- Assessing your career….it’s hard sometimes to find those great things you have done as you are so close to it. I’ll help translate that.
- Defining your strengths.
- Listing your skills (& gaps) and how many of these will be transferable.
- Unlocking your passions. I love the Japanese concept Igikai and using that. What you love, what you are good at, what yo can be paid for and what the world needs. We could use this or some of it, it’s just an example.
- What’s you vision. Where do you want to go. In one year, three…..ten or twenty.
- What’s your working style…..your leadership style?
- What balance do you need, are you burnt out? Do you need more work and life balance or better integration of work into your life?
- What places, spaces, and environments would you thrive in?
- What are you motivations…..fun, money, fulfilment?
- Once we have clarity on much of the above, we brainstorm, we connect, we grow your profile, we reach out, we have interesting cups of coffee with interesting people, we practice possible conversations, interview questions, elevator pitches etc. We prepare you for a better life, job or role.
